*Boarders supply their own grain and supplements

All boarders must furnish proof of current vaccinations for tetanus and Influenza, Strangles (intra-nasal), and West Nile Virus. A negative Coggins test is also required. All horses are expected to participate in a regular worming and vaccination program.

Your personal vet and farrier are always welcome at the stables.

The first month's rent (payable in advance) and last month's rent, which is considered a damage deposit , will be returned to you in full if no damage has occurred during the course of your horse's stay. Rent is due on the first of each month, and will be assessed a substantial late fee if received later than the 5th day of the month.

We respect how important your horse is to you and, in return, expect you to understand that chronic tardiness on rent will not be tolerated. Letting us know of unforeseen circumstances that may arise, can be avoided detering any misunderstandings by either party.

Each boarder is asked to provide a halter, lead rope for each horse, and a 30 day notice will be appreciated before date of departure.
